Team 2056, Orchard Park Robotics is a four year veteran team participating in the FIRST Robotics Competition and based in OrchardPark Secondary School in Stoney Creek, Ont. Canada. Our team of thirty students works hard for six weeks designing, building and testing a robot for competition. Within these six weeks, students spend many of their waking hours building a 120 pound robot as well as maintaining websites and finances, and submitting essays for award considerations.

"Team 2056, Orchard Park Robotics is a four year veteran team participating in the FIRST Robotics"

This six week build season culminates at two events the Waterloo Regional and the Greater Toronto regional. Success at any of these regional competitions earns a team a spot at the World Championships in Atlanta, Georgia in April.

FIRST is about much more than competing robots. The organization seeks to create a culture shift where heroes of Science and Technology are as celebrated as sport champions. Team 2056 is proud to be part of this monumental change, but we also recognize that we could not take part in this shift if not for the support of our team members, mentors and sponsors.
