On April 26th to 29th Team 2056 competed at the St.Louis world championships along with 400 other teams. After 110 qualification matches, in the Curie Division Team 2056 would come first out of 68 teams, and partner with 1241 Theory 6, 384 Sparky, and 1511 Rolling Thunder for the elimination rounds. After winning both quarter final and semi final matches, the first alliance would play the sixth alliance to determine who would represent Curie on Einstein. The first final match was won by Team 2056 the largest score this season, 605 to 451. With Team 4946 beings swapped out with 3929, Team 2056 and their alliance would play 2169, 4917, and 3929 in the last match of the Curie division and win with a score of 519 to 307

Moving on to the Einstein division Team 2056’s alliance along with the winners of the other 5  divisions, would play a round robin of matches. Team 2056 and their alliance would win 3 out of the 5 matches played, and came out 100 points short of being in the finals and would rank 3rd in the world.
